In the help section titled "Modifying an Existing Installation" is says, "Select
the installation option Modify from the installation dialog..." but the
installation dialog only has a repair check box. If there is a new way to modify
an existing installation then this is just a documentation issue and should be
downgraded to P3. If it is a feature that is missing from the installer then it
is a P2 issue.
