------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jul 7 05:54:51 -0700 2005 ------- Hi mci, > AFAIk Java "normally" installs into /usr/java/<java-versio> > May a symlink from /usr/java/>version> to /opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.01 ??? I have created /usr/java and then: # cd /usr/java # ln -s /opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.01 1.4.2 but the javaldx keeps waiting for two minutes. I'd like to give a look to javaldx code without have to download all openoffice source. Is it possible? BTW: I do not agree with you that Java "normally" installs in /usr/java. Since Java is an optional package, it is quite "normal" for it being installed in "/opt" or "/usr/local". The javaldx should be more "flexible"... --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
