Yes that should fix the problem. For verification you can do a "ldd -r
libvclplug_gen680li.so" in the program directory of OOo. If there are missing
symbols then that is the reason why "no suitable windowing system found" appears
as the plugin libraries cannot be loaded.
If that does not work for you then please reopen this issue.
