Using what I believe is the latest build (just downloaded yesterday) on XP
Professional SP2 (don't have other platforms to test on), I was having trouble
docking the Syles and Formatting window, to the right hand side of Writer.

I tested this on my work laptop, also XP Professional SP2, but it was fine.

One difference between the two is that my home machine does not have "show
window contents while dragging" enabled (because of a bug in the OEM version of
Dell's XP install image). This means when I turn it on, this one setting does
not get remembered.

I repeatedly turned on and off this setting on XP, and confirmed that if the
"show window contents while dragging" is DISABLED, then docking of the Styles
and Formatting window FAILS. If I enable this setting, then it always works.

To get to this setting:
1) Right click on empty desktop area
2) Go to Properties --> Appearance --> Effects
3) Select the "show window contents while dragging" option to toggle it

I don't have access to other platforms to test this further, unfortunately.
