I am able to put a text in the header and the footer. Also the date (fix) and the page are present in the print-output. Also the variable-date works now for me. Problems I see, if I put a date in the header of the slide (the other register of the header- and footer-dialog. This date is always present in the output. I am not able to change this to off. See the new attachment.
