Thanks khirano for your intensive investigations!
However I think it's clear that the reported strange behaviour is due to the
issues in this font.
Hence I consider this font not worth to do any expensive hacks in OO.o to get
vertical right, if the Windows vertical text API doesn't deliver vertical glyphs
because they are missing in this font.
On Un*x the situation is different as we perform the rotation of glyphs on our
own for vertical.
Don't get me wrong; it's not that we don't want to fix CJK/vertical related
issues, but this here seems to be an issue of the respective font which is
broken. Hence I plead to "WONTFIX".
Any objections?
