We have reminded our developers that all Child Workspaces should be visible on
OOo if possible and that a few additional internal tasks in a CWS do not mean
that it should be a private CWS. We hope that in the future this will lead to
CWSs as the ones you pointed to being marked as public thus offering an easier
way to hunt down possible problems with them.
