Styles in drawings are applied equally to text or shapes. This means that if a
style is applied to a whole drawing (eg to get line widths etc all the same),
the same styles are applied to text boxes. This is not normally what will be
desired, because the user will not normally want a border or background colour
for every item of text.
This problem might be solved by allowing a style association to be 'locked', so
that subsequent application of styles do not override, or by allowing a 'void'
setting on style attributes, so that styles can be used in useful combinations
(ie if a style attribute is void, it will have no effect upon that attribute in
the styled object).
