Although it might be possible to remove an optimization in the storage implementation that creates additional temporary file on commit of a storage substream, and to create this temporary file later on demand, when the first one might already disappear. This should be discussed further. Also there is a problem with removing of some of those temporary files in time, there is no leak, but it is possible to remove them earlier.
