Example:
 I have tab separated CVS file:
 "1997" "01" 
 "1998" "05" 
 "1999" "02"

This mean that ALL fields are text type.

(BUG) But OpenOffice converts all fiels to numbers and shows:
 1997 1  
 1998 5 
 1999 2
