while using styles and formatting, and i wish to obtain such form:

1. HEAD1
  1.1. head2

i can define heading 1 and 2 in S&F as 'numbering 5'. first of all there is no
preview avaliable so i needed to check all possibilities to see how it works
[sux], but after all last possibili matched [murphy? (;]
any way, it has a bug, because in effect i received:

1. HEAD1
  1.2. head11
2. HEAD2
  2.2. head21

i tried to play with some option but could not gain proper effect, so i guess
that could be a bug.
