I bealive that i could make some mistake in configuration of the page at the menu: FORMAT - option PAGE (for formating the page options). If you will print pay speccial attention to the page configuration, because there has a option for the paper origin in that menu that could block the others configurations made. It is invisible at the printing time and could make this problem happens.
