Hi,
OOo Calc is working exactly as Excel do. So we are compatible to the them and
their users. The text delimiter isn't defined in the way you expect it. On the
other hand you can set all columns at once to text or any other format in the
CSV import dialog by just click on the first column header, hold down the SHIFT
Key and click on the last column, change the format. If you want to select not
all columns use CTRL instead.
