With the file I use it is easy to reproduce the redraw error in 20% of all Alt+Tab switching events any day of the week. This text document is very large due to high-resolution graphics. It also has a background image so possibly the malfunction is connected with the issue 51855 I reported earlier. However, it is not a public document so I cannot attach it here. In smaller documents I tried to produce for testing the error has not occured. I will continue to work on a test case but it might take some time. If you wish you can mark the issue worksforme for the moment.
