Hi Ian,
This issue was casued by my misunderstanding. In fact, the dialog is customized
version of Windows common control. Becuase I am using English version of Windows
XP, the common control part of the dialog is shown in English. And, my friend
using Korean version of Windows confirmed that the dialog is shown correctly in
Korean. I will close this issue as 'invalid'.
