The attached document ends slide 2 with a graphic that has several layers.

The bottom layer is a light green implemented by making a green rectangle with
transparency.

Next there is an opaque white circle to prevent any interaction between the
transparent green and the transparent red circle in a higher layer.

The opaque white isn't opaque
