AW->OD: Unfortunately, You removed the calls to GetMaxToTopObj/GetMaxToBtmObj in
svx/source/svdraw/svdedtv2.cxx which did the job before. That virtual methods
are overloaded in sd and hinder objects from being sent behind the
MasterPageBackgroundObject. As we saw, thode methods are still used in the
ImpCheckToTopBtmPossible call and so the methods are still implemened in SW.
Please find out, if it would be safe to remove GetMaxToTopObj/GetMaxToBtmObj
from SW completely and thus re-add the calls to svdedtv2.cxx again safely.
