Hi,

this is not a bug of Calc. 

On saving as DBF it's required to set the character encoding for the file. If
you use the default setting DOS 850 you get this error message as the database
engine could not convert your native characters used e.g. in B4 to readable ones
for the choosen encoding.

To solve your problem use another encoding in the selection box. Eastern Europe
(Windows-1250/WinLatin 2) should do it.
