Hi,

in Writer, I find that when I undock the toolbars, close Writer then reopen
them, they are placed in what appear to be default locations. The "lock
position" or similar is not avaialble unless the toolbars are docked. This seems
to make "lock position" unecessary...

I find too, that the toolbars are context sensitive and appear and disappear
depending on the cusros position. If I want to create a bullet list, then I need
to go to View | Toolbars and select the toolbar I want. Then I move from the
bullet list and the toolbar promptly disappears. If I want to make another
bulleted list I repeat the process all over again.

What is needed: option to keep a toolbar visible at all times; Writer needs to
remember where they are placed. (Calc behaves similarly, so this seems to be
part of the core code.)
