Load attached bugdoc.

Currently, paragraph background is merged for several paragraphs, if the color 
is 
equal. If the color differs (e.g. paragraph 6 in the document), a gap is drawn 
using 
the page background color. In my eyes, this looks odd, if the automatic merging 
of 
borders is switched off (see paragraph 3 to 4 in the document).

I propose a new option "Merge background with next paragraph" for the 
background 
tabpage, similar to the already existing "Merge borders with next paragraph". 
Default is "on" to keep the old behaviour.
