The problem would really be easier to reproduce for the different parties which
will ever deal with it (engineering and QA, at least) if you could simply attach
a (maybe stripped) version of your database, which already contains all
necessary ingredients (the proper form, the proper macro attached to the proper
event). This way, people can simply open the database, open the form, and see
the problem - without everybody investing the time to re-enact your scenario :)
