------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jul 22 05:07:57 -0700 2005 ------- The problem with the current design is that Windows admins can redirect start menu folders for all users to a common location when using Group Policy in an Active Directory environment. This allows the admin to manage a common set of icons for applications that are assigned to all users. When OOo is installed with this start menu redirection in place, the icons become assigned to network users that do not have the application installed on their PC. In this situation, it would be more appropriate for the icons to be created in % systemdrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs. I look forward to a possible feature enhancement.
