Thank you for your feedback!
This will go into the round that will align much locale data to the
CLDR. The list separator (#1364) would be used as a delimiter in
technical and programmatical context, so it should probably follow the
one from the CLDR.
The comment from Cloph may be a bit misleading. For changing OOo's
locale data to align to the CLDR we don't need more than you already
stated in this issue here, but for changes in the CLDR we need as much
justification as possible, as official as possible.
However, as for items #1361 and #1362 a separated bug against the CLDR
will have to be filed, could you please state some reference, online or
as a book, underlining your claim? Otherwise it could be difficult to
get changes into the CLDR, which would prevent the OOo data from being
semi-automatically updated with CLDR data in future.
