please provide a screenshot or PDF of the document in the "it should look like
this" state.
WHen opening the attached document here, almost one third of the second page is
whitespace. I have no idea how this should fit right onto two pages and only
push over one single line...
If the doc really is supposed to fill two pages completely, then the problem is
much bigger than described.
