I don't want to make too much out of this but, I may have found another "special
case" or something. This may not apply because bug 45952 has been fixed in
build 119 while the latest I am able to download is build 118.

The test case, BadGroupTest 3.10.odt, still does not work correctly in build
1.9.118. The _little ticks_ are not is the same position as the orginal.

To reproduce the bug, use the sample text document, BadGroupTest 3.10.odt.
1) Click the blue shape at the bottom of the page to produce the arrow cursor
(as apposed to the I beam).
2) Use the mouse to select the entire shape and all ticks. (Press and hold mouse
button about 1/2 inch to the upper left of the shape, drag the mouse down past
the sample shape to the lower right (about 1/2 inch past the shape). This will
select the shape and all tick marks.
3) copy the selection, (use ctrl-c or whatever).
5) paste (ctrl-v)
6) notice how the pasted shape is not like the orginal. The tick on the right
sould be on the lower section of the shape. But after paste it is too high.

If someone is able, could they please retest this with build 119 or later.
Thank you.
