There is especial need to align those check boxes and this for several reasons:

1) those are part of different option groups and if it's true that the non
alignement causes a small optical glitch, this is very tolerable.

2) the position of labels (especially) has to follow certain rules to respect
the localization of the strings. One of those rules is: "always use the maximum
space available between label and control to avoid cutted strings". Now this
rule is respected with such an alignement. Changing the alignment would break
this rule and present the risk of showing cutting strings in some available
languages.

3) We plan to redesign (OOo 3.0) completly the Index dialog so that we only fix
huge UI bugs there but no small cosmetic things (no ressources).

Anyway, thanx a lot for having reported this!
