Description from Issue 51986
I use OOo1.9113 German language pack.
Open online help tab 'Inhalte'.
Goto any document type -> 'Befehle und Menüs' -> 'Menüs' -> 'Datei' or
'Dokument' respectively.
In the text click on heading
'Öffnen'.
The text is a mess of German and English.
In addition some pictures are missing.
Accept issue (change status to STARTED)
