Files saved with a # symbol in the filename may have the characters after the #
removed.

Example: Attempting to save "Report #2.sxw" is saved as "Report "

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create or open a text document in the word processor.
2. Choose File -> Save As...
3. Specify a filename containing the # symbol.
4. Click Save.
5. No error message is presented to the user, howeevr the saved file will be
missing any characters entered after the #.
