The outline settings for the Heading 1 style are lost. Just open "Tools.Outline"
dialog and activate "Heading 1" style first level on "Numbering" tab page. See
issue 44177.
The, as a succeeding problem, it couldn't be restored when saving back to .sxw
format.
Best would be, to manually restore the outline settings as described and then
save the document to native OO 2.0 .odt format.
BTW: do you use the newest build? OO 2.0 beta is quite outdated and the newer
build 680m118 is much more stable than that.
