Try this experiment:  IF(2=1; 1; -1)

The result in 1.9.119 will be 'TRUE' instead of -1.

However, if you replace the test 2=1 with the value
FALSE, the result will be -1 as intended.

This bug is not present in 1.1.4.  I have build 119
installed only on Windows -- I haven't tried the
linux version.
