Since CWS sysui09 _all_ spec files have an %install section.

I am open for arguments against this. What makes me vote for configure is -
beside the duplication in each sysui spec file - is that I am not sure if the
same problem can beat us when building updates / patches: doesn't the symlink
approach also place symbolic links into different packages than the shared
libraries they refer to ? Why doesn't the build break there ?
