Go to "Präsentationen und Zeichnungen" (Engl. Presentation and drawings), then "Befehle und Menüs" (Engl. Command and Menu Reference). Now go to "Zeichnungen (OpenOffice.org Draw)" and then go to "Symbolleisten" (Engl.
