And I was successful. Vietnamese UI in application is OK. BUT Vietnamese UI during setup OOo was broken. To display Vietnamese UI during setup OOo, I used UTF-8 character set and translated to Vietnamese in project "instsetoo_native". Please tell me how to solve this problem.
