Open the attached text document. It contains three text paragraphs, a form
control in the second paragraph, and a rectangular shape in the third.
Additionally, change tracking is enabled (Edit|Changes|Record), but changes are
not shown (Edit|Changes|Show).

Delete the second or third paragraph. The paragraph vanishes, but note that the
shape does *not*. Select the shape => crash.

fs->aw: The objects in the paragraph are moved to an invisible layer, but it
seems the drawing layer somehow does not respect this. The crash is secondary,
the real problem is that the shape is still visible.

The in/visbile layer handling in Writer was introduced in the course of the
internal bug 110592, thus I'm cc'ing OD, who originally fixed this bug - not
sure if it's really a drawing layer or a Writer problem.
