Hmm, interesting question....
The windows installers usually do not store the full installer pack on the
users's system. But if you use an msi based installer, it may require the
availability of installation package.
If you want to add/modify/and sometimes remove the setup of OOo it may require
the unpacked installation set. So option without deleting is would be nice. But
the mass of users will remove that unpacked install set. In onther hand if you
start the distribution package it will start the setup again and ask for option
(modify/repair/delete).
The best solution would be if the users can make the dicision about deleting of
unpacked file.
