Fixed,

the problem was that the handout page does not have any presentation styles.
SdXMLShapeContext::isPresentationShape() does a consistency check if an imported
shape realy is a presentation shape. This failed for header&footer shapes on the
handout master since they did not have a presentation style assigned. I reworked
isPresentationShape() so that it accepts header&footer shapes even if they don't
have a presentation style. This is suboptimal
