------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Aug 2 12:24:05 -0700 2005 ------- Page styles cannot be inherited in OOWriter (checked both 1.1.4 and 2.0 Beta) on either Windows (XP) or Linux (RedHat 8.2). The "Linked With" Item in the "Organizer" selection of a Page-Style modifier menu is permanently grayed out. The workaround I use is to copy over the page-style via the "copy from selection" mode, but this kind of inheritance is not sticky. Changes to non-modified attributes of the Parent pagestyle do not get reflected in the new style. This would be nice to have, since many of the page styles I create for the book I am writing, differ from the parent ones just in things like Header content. In particular, it would be nice to resize the page without having to update every page style manually (with inheritance working, only the root page style would need to be modified). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
