Open any OpenOffice application such as Writer. 2. Open the "File" menu or any other main menu by clicking on the main menubar. 3. With the menu open, click on the application titlebar to drag the window on the desktop. Result: The window can not be dragged because the menu is still open. This is counter to conventions in most applications.
