If you use more than one formatting style for pages and want to insert headers
or footers on all the styles by using the menu entry "Insert - Header (or
Footer) - All" nothing happens.
To reproduce this:
- open a new Writer doc
- insert a manual page break with another page style (e.g. "Left Page")
(Insert - Manual Break - Page Break - Style "Left page")
- try to insert Headers or Footers on both page styles by "Insert -
Header/Footer - All" -> nothing happens
If you insert Headers or Footers on *one* of the styles ("Insert - Header/Footer
- Default (or Left page)" everything does work without problems.
In OOo1.1.5rc1 the menu entry "All" does work -> regression?
Reproduced with m121 on WinXP pro and Win98SE as well as with m122 on Win98SE
and SuSE 9.3 Linux
