Error creating new folder through WedDAV UCB accessing dav_svn_module. Using
Apache 2.0.54 for Windows XP SP2 set-up with dav_svn_module as follows:

LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so
LoadModule authz_svn_module modules/mod_authz_svn.so

<Location /webdav>
  DAV svn
  SVNPath "C:/temp/repo"
  SVNAutoversioning on
</Location>

1. Tools -> Options select OpenOffice.org -> General and check the "Use
OpenOffice.org dialogs" box. Click "OK".
2. File -> Save As.
3. Enter URL to your WebDAV repository (i.e. http://localhost/webdav/).
4. Click "Create New Directory" button.
5. Enter "Temp" as name and press "OK".

Result: Error dialog stating "Error saving the document Untitled1: Error
transferring data due to the Internet. Server error message: 409 Conflict."

The directory is actually created and you can see this by closing the dialog and
repeating steps 2-3 above.
