In the attached document (ParticipantList.ods) the cell C5 needs 2 lines.
Therefore Calc enlarges the row height. In Calc everything looks fine. But, when
I switch to the Page Preview or export the docment to a PDF-File, the content of
the cell needs only a single line. However, the row height wasn't adapted.

According to issue 17016 I played with the setting of
"Tools/Options.../OpenOffice.org Calc/General/User printer metrics for text
formatting". For row 5 this was a solution. But, rows 6 and 7 causeless grew up
from a height of 0.47 cm to 1.71 cm.
