I also cannot reproduce the problem (tried witm m122 build on Windows and Linux
system). When opening the document, all graphics are correctly available in the
document (also when editing the document).
Maybe you should also try out with a newer build; a fix regarding some stuff
about the object cache for those objects has been introduced.
