To reproduce :
1 - link a database (.odb file) as a data source
2 - some time later, remove the .odb file
3 - try using the data source (no matter in which dialog you do that)

=> The message

"terminate called after throwing an instance of
'com::sun::star::ucb::InteractiveAugmentedIOException'"

is generated, then OOo crashes. Instead of that, OOo should display a dialog
box saying that it cannot find the .odb file.

This bug report could be is a duplicate of Issue #32220. However, I am not
capable of determining whether the problem relies in the "binfilter" code. And
perharps fixing issue #32220 will not generate a nice error message like the
one I am describing. Therefore I am doing a separate issue.
