This error should be corrected with m120, see issue 49932.
I have no problems with OOo1.9.122, but I use German language pack in addition.
Perhaps there is something wrong with your installation. If you really use m122,
it should not search in C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 1.9.118.
You should not try to install OOo into the folder of an older version.
Have you tried already to repair your installation?
Change component to installation, hope that's right.
