Its a bit confusing in the patch (i.e. in .diff file). bFixedWidth and
bSaveAsRendered are similar only in getting the 'string' from the value cell but
they are different otherwise. So it should work fine when you want .csv (','
separated), with rendered option and without fixed width option.
