------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Aug 18 03:28:32 -0700 2005 ------- We need a new boolean config item that allows to specify that the predefined file picker (system/office) must not be changed by the user. If set to 'not allow change', the whole “Open/Save dialogs” section in Tools->Options Tabpage “StarOffice/General” must be removed. The current control mechanism for displaying the section or not (based on the platform and desktop environment and presense of a certain UNO service) is not sufficient anymore. We need a new item that has to be evaluated first, before doing all the other, old checks (which still need to stay in place!).
