Please do not use S in the Edit menu for both Sheet and Paste Special... - it
prevents the user from creating good and quick habits. Sometimes one of the
functions are selected and sometimes the other - even if it worked the same
everytimg there is no need to repeat a shortcut. A shortcut should Always have
only one assignment. The problem is presetn ind the search / find pop-up as
well. Alt + S is used not only twice but THREE times there when More is
activated.

Modes make the user feel unsafe. Modes make an interface react unpredictably
becuse you cannot create a work habit (e.g. a quick sequence of buttons) if the
program is in another mode that habit will not work or even turn on you and
delete data. A button should only have one mode - Open Office and other
programs
unfortuneatly uses modes ALOT (which is againts basic good user interface
design) but doing it so obviously and unnecessarily should not happen.

You should make an automatic shortcut assignment that never allowed to
functions
to unnecessarily have the same menu Alt-button shortcut underlined!

Cheers
