Create a very large master document, mine has over 40 files in it. Each file is
one chapter, starting with a level 1 heading. This creates 40+ sections in the
navigator. Right-click on a section in the navigator, select Edit Link. On my
version m122, this crashes Open Office every time. If you need, I'll send you an
example file. This is just one of many many times this master document has
crashed, but this is the most reproducible. Master document handling is very
fragile, which it wasn't in 1.4, and seems to be getting worse, rather than
better. For a writer, like myself, good handling of master files is essential.
