THIS is the defect, because it is a .stw file (OOo 1.0 Text Document Template). OOo 1.1.4 can open it (while only in 1.1.5 the ability to open the new file format was integrated. (2) The ability to OPEN the file format was implemented, but not the ability to save them. This was not planned.
