Only dmake/tempnam.c seems to include OOo specific keywords. This file is not
part of the CPAN dmake version and the the only reference to it seems to be
in (only used for the W32-4nt type build)
dmake/win95/microsft/vpp40/mk.bat
but it is commented out there.
Solution: Nuke that file.
